Primarius (lat. primus - first, abbreviation: prim.) is the highest professional title awarded by the medical community  in the Republic of Croatia to experienced medical specialists.

Conditions for acquiring the title of primarius in the Republic of Croatia:

• at least 10 years of work as a specialist doctor,

• at least 10 professional and/or scientific works, chapters in professional books and other publications, of which at least 5 in internationally indexed,

• at least 5 presentations at professional and/or scientific meetings as the first author, of which at least 2 at international ones,

• successful results in their specialty and work environment and on professional development for health workers, as well as in the performance of duties and obligations as a member of professional associations and institutions.

The recognition of the title of primarius is decided by the Commission appointed by the Minister of Health from among prominent medical experts from University of Medicine.

 

FEBOT (Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology) is a prestigious title that indicates that the candidate has passed a demanding exam by the European Commission for Orthopedics and Traumatology.

Written and oral exams are held separately in two different European cities once a year.

The examination committee consists of 10 examiners (2 for each of the 5 major areas of orthopedics) from the ranks of experienced orthopedic surgeons from different European Union countries.

So far, prim. Radić is the first and only one to hold that title in the Republic of Croatia.

• 2022. lecturer at the Course for Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy - Orthopedic protocols in professional sports, Zagreb.

• 2019. lecturer at the First Orthopedic and Traumatological Congress of Montenegro on the topic of Orthobiological therapy, Budva.

EBOT Exam - passed the exam before the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,                               Title FEBOT -Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology                                                     (as the first and currently the only one in Croatia).
